Looking Within: Day Yoga Retreat with Rabia + Melissa

Join Rabia and Melissa for their 2nd annual day retreat in Austin! This year's focus is on “Looking Within," a day long experience designed to guide you through introspection and deep digestion of the previous year with grace and intention.

Through a blend of reflective exercises, gentle asana, restful pranayama and connection in a supportive community, you'll explore how to be discerning about decisions you make for the year ahead.

Embrace this opportunity to pause and draw inward instead of getting swept up with the hyper-productivity and pressure of “new year goals”. This day retreat is all about re-learning how to deeply hold space for yourself and to take action from a place of clarity.

This day yoga retreat includes:

  • 3 holistic and accessible yoga and reflective practices

  • Gift bag with Ayurvedic goodies and small tokens of our appreciation for you

  • Welcome snacks and tea

  • Ayurvedic friendly vegan and gluten free lunch

  • Ample space to rest, take breaks and explore the beautiful grounds

EARLY BIRD PRICING: $125 (until Jan 10)

MEET THE CHEF, AMIRAH ISLAM

Amirah standing at a kitchen island wearing a yellow shirt and a maroon apron. She is smiling with her hair down and there are white and beige dishes with rotis and curry on a multicolored tablecloth.

Amirah Islam, founder of Scottish Caramel, is an Austin-based chef and culinary storyteller known for soulful, memory-driven food that centres on South Asian traditions. Her work reclaims culinary narratives, honors ancestral techniques, and resists the erasure of diasporic cuisines. Through pop-ups, private dinners, and teaching, Amirah curates spaces where every dish tells a story — and everyone has a seat at the table.
