What you’ll receive from my mentorship:

I have 11+ years of teaching experience, and have been practicing yoga for 21+ years. One of my passions is to help yoga teachers deepen their personal practice and to develop clarity and confidence in how they offer these powerful practices to their communities. I aim to do this by drawing from my experiences in offering yoga to diverse populations, social justice, and as a first generation Indian-American woman.

- Support and guidance to yoga teachers in their development with their teaching and personal practice.

- Develop a cultural and decolonized lens in teaching yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation.

- Support BIPOC teachers in navigating the white-centered wellness industry.

How It Works:

  • Set up a free 15 minute call with me to ask questions and discuss what you are interested in working on.

  • Initial mentorship session is 75 minutes, and includes an intake to help develop a personal practice for you.

  • Follow up sessions are 60 minutes. In these follow up sessions, we’ll discuss how your personal practice is going, and then hone in on chosen topics of interest (mantra, philosophy, sequencing, language, etc.).

  • Frequency of sessions is up to the mentee based on how much support you need! For example, we can meet every 2 weeks, once a month, or every 6 weeks. Book a call and let’s discuss!
