After months of wondering how to communicate my many loves: yoga, Ayurveda, cooking for allergies, mindfulness, I decided to create this website as an avenue to make a vibrant lifestyle easily accessible. In a current state of fitness trends, fads, health kicks, cleanses, lifehacks, being healthy can be difficult to navigate!
