Patanjali's Yoga Sutras is a foundational yogic text that offers a comprehensive understanding and approach to your yoga practice, reducing suffering, and your spiritual path. Studying yoga is a lifelong practice, and each time I revisit the Yoga Sutras, I gain new insights as I am always evolving and growing. 

As a yoga therapist, I’ll be bringing a holistic lens to studying the Yoga Sutras from my 11+ years of studying this text. We'll learn how to recite, chant, break down the meaning, and integrate through writing, discussion and meditation.
