COMMUNITY CHANTING CLASS

MONDAY : 1:00-1:45pmPT

*A 45 min class where we begin with a check in, 10 minutes of pranayama (breathing techniques), and break down a new mantra/chant each month. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay. 


BIPOC Centered Pranayama (Black, indigenous + people of color)

TUESDAYS : 4:00-5:30pmPT

*A 30 minute practice where we check in as a community, and work on breathing techniques to move through and release stress. This class is for anyone who identified as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPoC). No one will be turned away due to inability to pay. 


Meditative Asana

THURSDAYS: 10:00am-11:00aPT

*A 60 min breath led asana practice to prepare you for meditation. Chair options are provided.
