Candle gazing (jyoti trataka) is a therapeutic yoga technique with a vast array of amazing benefits for the mind, body and soul. It keeps the eyes healthy, can alleviate headaches, dry eyes and soothes the nervous system. It's also increases focus and is therefore a great preparation for meditation. In this workshop, Melissa will guide you through gentle yoga to prepare the body, candle gazing techniques, and will close with a deep meditation. You'll leave this unique workshop feeling calm, confident, and clear in the heart and mind.
